Allen Jr., Pastor of the newly organized and planted ministry, ONE ACCORD GOSPEL MINISTRIES CHRISTIAN CHURCH of Las Vegas, Nevada, has answered to the voice of God, “Lord here am I”. Send me to seek the lost, to preach the gospel, to teach your word, to encourage your people.

Surrendering in full acknowledgement to the almighty God, Pastor Allen’s life of commitment began in his youth in Los Angeles, California where he received his primary and secondary education graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1980. Positioning himself for the next level, he enrolled in West Los Angeles Community College, Culver City, California majoring in Telecommunications.

Growing in statue and wisdom Pastor Allen began his stewardship of service to God at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Los Angeles, California under the Pastoral leadership of Reverend Dr. Lester Mosley.

Rendering time and talent Pastor Allen’s many contributions between 1980 and 1999 included but not limited to Sunday School Instructor, Assistant and General Superintendent of Sunday school, Love and Care ministry leader, Children, Youth and Young Adult Church Pastor, Evangelism instructor, and first assistant to Pastor Mosley. Earning his ministry license in January 1985, and being ordained a Baptist Minister March 1994, Pastor Allen was under construction and being shaped and molded by the Master Builder.

Utilizing time, vision and the desire to better serve God and his people, Pastor Allen emerged himself into the studying of the word, biblical and church principles.

The recipient of multiple ministry certificates, accolades, service awards, and a diploma in Theology from the American Baptist Theological Seminary. Studies and courses spanning the last two decades from Grace Bible Institute, Los Angeles Bible College, American Baptist Theological Seminary, Providence Theological Seminary and the Williams, Harris & Waddles Ministries Conference.

A resident of Las Vegas Nevada, for the past eight years Pastor Allen enjoys the blessings of life with his lovely wife of twenty years, Sister Traci Allen, and Children Jarrett and Ashlee Allen.
